Test. Does this thing still work?

 After many years away getting my brain fried by idiot Trump supporters on Farcebook, I am back.

It has been many years. Which says something exceptionally important: the relative sanity of blogging on Blogger is a medium I never should have left.

I have ditched FB.

My blog was called Snippets from Spaceship Orion. My last blog entry was about a lovely female I met in Neepawa, in western Manitoba. I have not seen Lis for years.

I am a retired, divorced journalist from Winnipeg, a city of almost one million people in south-central Manitoba, in the centre of Canada.

I am not far from North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana.

I have had a stroke. I have two grown kids, two nephews (with another on the way). I am the oldest of 2 brothers and 3 sisters

I will need a few days to re-familiarize myself with the technical workings of Blogger — how to make bold-face text, how to import and place pictures, how to add color, etc.

Remember, I have had a stroke. I am 70.

One thing I know?

I am shocked at the timid response of Americans to Trump’s sweeping illegality. America has 300 million people. 

Remember Four Dead in Ohio? 

The LA Riots?

The March in Alabama?

WHY are these kinds of actions/demonstrations against the tyrant that is Trump not being put into place?

As far as the rest of the planet goes, what about his illegal actions in Venezuela?
